Q. Do you provide both the truck AND the people to do the work? 

A. Yes

Q. Do we have to supply a container or dumpster? 
A. No, we will supply containers, boxes or bags to haul away the items.

Q. I need you to come after hours or on a weekend, can you do that? 
A. Yes, we are happy to work around your schedule.

Q. Do your people do all of the lifting, carrying, loading and disposing?
A. Yes

Q. Will you take just one item, like a refrigerator or piece of furniture?
A. Yes

Q. Will you take paints, solvents, oil and chemicals? 
A. No, please click here for a list of items we will not take.

Q. Will you take the items from the yard, shed, basement, attic or inside the house?
A. Yes, we will take items from anywhere on the property that has a clear pathway to it.

Q. Does everything need to be in one area?
A. No. We will remove everything from wherever it is located in the home or on the property.  You just have to tell us what to take.

Q. Will you clean out closets, cabinets, drawers, etc.
A. Yes, we will clean out any area that you ask us to.

Q. Will you leave a mess?
A. No, we will remove the junk and sweep/rake to remove any debris when we are done.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Cash, check, Paypal (for online credit card payments).

Q. Do you offer any discounts? 
A. Yes, Senior Citizens get 10% off all orders.

Q. How far in advance must I schedule? 
A. We know you don't want your junk laying around, so we will try to come out as soon as possible. Most jobs can be started within 48 hours, larger jobs may require a little more preparation and planning.

Q.Do you offer Scheduled Appointments? 
A. Yes, we can schedule an appointment within a 1/2 hr time block for either weekday afternoons, evenings or weekends.

Q. Can you give me an exact price over the phone?
A. Unfortunately since we can't see the material, we are not able to give you an exact price over the phone. However we will be happy to set up a time to come take a look and give you a free estimate. If a price is agreed on we can frequently start work the same day.

Q. Does someone need to be home when you do the work?
A. No, as long as we can access the stuff that needs to be removed, payment arrangements have been made in advance and you are available by phone to approve the cost at the time of the job.

Q. Do you recycle?
A. Yes, we try to recycle or donate items that are in appropriate condition.
